Who we are
Forge Stronger Futures CIC is the data controller for this website. We are a community interest company registered in England and Wales, company number 17186266, with our registered office at Unit 11 Holroyd Business Centre, Carrbottom Road, Bradford, BD5 9BP. The CIC is run by the team at Dream Art Bradford.
For anything about your personal information, email info@dreamartbradford.com or write to us at the address above.
What we collect through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and enquiry type, and anything else you choose to give us: your business or organisation, your phone number and your message.
To keep automated spam out, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots, and the form service screens submissions with Akismet. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you want to become a Founding Partner or sponsor, to take the steps you have asked for before any agreement. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
- To keep the form free of spam and the site secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and the people who read the enquiries.
We never sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
Who handles it
We use these providers to run the site and the form, each acting on our instructions:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile spam check.
- Automattic (Akismet) screens submissions for spam.
- Amazon Web Services delivers each enquiry by email, from its Ireland region.
- Our website provider, who builds and maintains the site.
Enquiries are read by the Forge Stronger Futures team at the Dream Art Bradford mailbox. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK-US data bridge or approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry leads to a partnership, we keep what we need for as long as the partnership lasts and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep financial records.
The young people’s stories
The stories on this site are published with the agreement of the young people and their families. If you are one of them, or their parent or guardian, and you want a story or photograph changed or taken down, email us and we will remove it. We do not publish recognisable children from other clubs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your agreement, you can withdraw it at any time. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
